Book review

Indeed, as it may seem paradoxical at first glance, the capitalist class itself throws into circulation the money that serve for the implementation of which consists in the goods surplus. However, nota bene: [492] he throws them into circulation not as advanced money, hence not as capital. He uses them as a means of purchase in order to their individual consumption. Therefore, the capitalist class are not advances of money, although it is the starting point of their circulation. Take the individual capitalist who starts his business, for example, a farmer. During the first year, he advances a money-capital of, say, ? 5000. Art. on payment of the means of production (4000 p. st.) and labor (1000 p. st.). The rate of surplus value will be equal to even 100%, they appropriated surplus-value = ? 1000. Art. Above ? 5000. Art. It embodies all the money he advances as money-capital. But a person should live, and by the end of the year he did not get back any money. Let annual consumption of 1000 f. Art. He should have the money. Although he says he has to advance these 1,000 p. Art. during the first year, but it is advancing - here has only a subjective value - only means that in the first year he has to cover the costs of their individual consumption from their own pockets, rather than by gratuitous production of his laborers. He did not advances this money as capital. He spends it, pays them as the equivalent of those means of subsistence which he consumes. This value is spent by him in the form of money, he throws it into circulation, and remove it from it in the form of commodity values. These commodity value he has consumed. Consequently, he no longer has any relation to their cost. The money, which he paid for the cost, there is now an element of the circulating money. But the cost of the money he took from circulation in the form of products, along with products that cost there, and destroyed, and their cost. It completely disappeared. But in the end, he throws the commodity cost of ? 6000 into circulation. Art. and sells it. At the same time it returns to him: 1) the advanced money-capital to them in 5000 f. Article .; 2) converted into cash surplus value of ? 1000. Art. He had advanced ? 5000. Art. as capital, he threw them into circulation, and now removes from circulation 6000 f. Art .: 5000 f. Art. return of capital and ? 1000. Art. surplus value. These 1000 f. Art. converted into money with the money that he has thrown into circulation, not as a capitalist, but as a consumer, he has not had advanced, but spent. Now they are returning back to him as the money-form of their surplus value produced. And this operation is repeated every year since then. But starting from the second year, 1000 f. Art., spent by him personally, are continually converted form, the money form they produced surplus value. He spends them annually and they return every year as to his back.
